The Pricing & IRFQ Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining pricing strategies that enhance profitability and competitiveness across all product lines. This position manages the end-to-end quotation process, including responding to requests for quotes (IRFQs), maintaining pricing documentation, and overseeing quarterly RMI adjustments. The role requires a data-driven approach, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and strategic analysis of market and cost factors to ensure pricing aligns with product value and overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or market research.
- Previous experience in the tire or related manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional decision-making
Job Duties:
- Manage and process all requests for quotations (IRFQs) within a 24–36-hour turnaround time.
- Define, implement, and maintain pricing strategies based on market insights, competitor analysis, and company goals.
- Analyze costs, market conditions, and profitability to establish competitive pricing structures that maximize revenue and margins.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Sourcing, Finance, and Engineering teams to align pricing strategies with product roadmaps and marketing initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve quotation processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and market competitiveness.
- Maintain and track the IRFQ log, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting of associated metrics.
- Prepare and manage quarterly RMI (Raw Material Index) pricing adjustments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
